He is a Kuwaiti expert in accounting and financial auditing, currently serving as the Director General of the National Audit Office. He holds a PhD in Accounting and Economics and has a career spanning more than 25 years, during which he has held positions in prestigious governmental and diplomatic institutions, including the Ministry of Health and the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He boasts academic and practical experience in the fields of auditing, financial management, and taxes, in addition to being a certified arbitrator and internationally recognized trainer. He has published several scientific research papers and participated in local and international conferences, and has authored accredited publications on developing accounting systems and combating financial risks.
